  1. According to a research by Epsilon, transactional emails generated only 2,7% of total email volume in the first quarter of 2017. This number was lower in comparison to the same period for 2016 (3.0%) and the last quarter of 2016 (5.4%). (Source)
  2. The same research showed that the open rate of transactional emails for the first quarter in 2017 was 69% higher than regular email marketing campaigns for the same period. This number has increased from 67.9% which was reported in the last quarter of 2016. (Source)
