We offer one of the most liberal payment terms around. Not happy with our service? Just ask for a refund. No Questions Asked.

The price and timeline may vary depending on project complexity.

If the price differs from the one displayed on the website you will be contacted and given the option to either: complete your order for the relevant service at the updated price or cancel your order for the relevant service. The remaining balance will be settled upon final approval of the project.

The MailBakery Partner Program participants are not required to pay upfront and may choose their own payment cycle.

Non-disclosure agreement

We completely understand and honor the intellectual property of our clients and we do not claim any rights on design and code that we produce.

MailBakery is a 100% Confidential service. Email Marketing template production is the core of what we do and we are not interested in stealing, selling or revealing the information you share with us. We will willingly sign a NDA or Non-Disclosure Agreement with you for protection and security of your proprietary information.

  • We will not claim rights over design mockups our clients provide.
  • We will never contact your clients or the clients of your clients.
  • We will willingly sign a NDA.
  • All information that you share with us, including artwork, contact information, and client notes will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

MailBakery respects its users' privacy. We have put this Privacy Policy together to show how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using our services or purchasing our products you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy shall be governed in accordance to international treaty provisions and other applicable laws.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

To be able to provide our services and share news and updates about these said services with you and to be able bill you for our services or products we may collect some personal information from you, like:

  • Your address;
  • Your phone number;

It is possible that some of these emails could come from other businesses within the "2create Labs Ltd" or "2create Ltd". You can unsubscribe from these emails at any point, by emailing us at the unsubscribe email address placed at the bottom of the messages. However, system and transnational messages, like purchase and billing confirmations, will still be sent to you.

OUR LAWFUL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

As you accept our price quote for your project you become a side of a contract (between you and us) which gives us the right to process your personal information in order to execute the contract and for our legitimate interest to keep a record of our correspondence about the services we deliver.

If you just submit a request with us about our services, we still have the right to process your personal data so we can answer your questions and keep a record of our correspondence, even we have not entered into a contract with you.

  • When you open an account with us you agree that we have the right to process your personal data.
  • In relation to processing of your marketing data and sending you marketing communications, we rely on your consent. You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our email. Please bear in mind that If you opt out of receiving our marketing emails this does not apply to the personal data provided as a result of purchase or other transaction done due to fulfilling a contract or our legitimate interest.
  • In relation to processing of your technical data (such as IP address, your login data, time zone settings, details of your browser, page views etc.) and your user data that we have gathered through cookies on our website we rely on our legitimate interests to properly administer our website and our business and to draw our marketing strategy.
  • In relation to keeping records and responding requests of governmental authorities, the processing is necessary for fulfilling a legal obligation that we are subject to.

We do not carry out any automated decision-making or any type of automated profiling.

We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

We do not intend to collect data from anyone under the age of 18. In any case that you think that your child may have shared his/her personal information with us, please, contact us.

  • Our employees who have limited access to your personal information;

We may include your email address in a mass email list, the purpose of which is to send security updates, urgent messages or important news. Your email address will not be used for sending marketing emails.
